| Bill is an Audit and Valuation/Consulting Partner with Lutz & Company. He not only specializes in accounting and auditing but also business valuation, litigation support, forensic accounting and fraud investigations.
During his 17 years with Lutz, Bill has become accredited in business valuation and certified in financial forensics. He focuses on helping individuals and companies with mergers and acquisitions, estate and tax planning, marital dissolutions as well as insurance claims. He regularly consults with businesses on forensic accounting matters and fraud investigations. He also provides general business consulting in areas such as financial projections and forecasting, new business start-ups and accounting software.
Bill has in-depth experience in the construction industry and is a past treasurer of the Construction Financial Management Association.
