Bill is an Audit and Valuation/Consulting Partner with Lutz & Company. He not only specializes in accounting and auditing but also business valuation and litigation support.
During his 14 years with Lutz, Bill has become accredited in business valuation. He focuses on helping individuals and companies with mergers and acquisitions, estate and tax planning, marital dissolutions as well as insurance claims. He also provides general business consulting in areas such as financial projections and forecasting, new business start-ups and accounting software.
Bill has in-depth experience in the construction industry and is a past treasurer and current board member of the Construction Financial Management Association.
