Tax Partner
Jim currently serves as a Tax Partner with Lutz & Company. He has 26 years of experience in the accounting profession including both private and public accounting firms. Jim joined Lutz & Company in 1984 and is responsible for S corporation, C corporation and individual income tax planning and preparation.
Jim also focuses on IRS disputes, mergers and acquisitions, LIFO inventory adoption and calculation, private letter rulings form the IRS and tax-free reorganizations.
In addition, Jim assists several not-for-profit charities with tax and accounting issues.
