Matt is a Tax Manager with Lutz & Company. He has over nine years of experience which includes working with a national accounting firm before joining Lutz. Matt has substantial experience in tax services, business valuation and litigation support.
He provides tax consulting and planning, corporation reorganization and mergers, transactional structuring and consulting, estate and family wealth planning and general business consulting services to clients.
During the last three years he has participated in over 50 business valuations and has been an expert witness and provided testimonies in court matters including special use valuation and decedent's estates.
